Dr Patel always takes great care to listen, makes time to answer my queries and concerns, and provides comprehensive information on the symptom/problem, the diagnosis and the prescribed treatment. His manner makes for a truly relaxed and comfortable setting. A great doctor. Seen him a few times now and his diagnosis has always been correct. Takes time to listen to your symptoms, and gives great advice and explains everything in laymen’s terms so you can fully understand what is going on in your body and how to deal with any issues and pain.

Dr Patel has been our family doctor since he joined Southborough Lane Surgery and I cannot say how pleased I am to be one of his patients. He is consistently helpful and gives honest practical advice when, possibly, medication is not the complete answer but part of it. Dr Patel is a caring professional GP with a human touch which in these days is rare. Please don't change.
